  Media Technology Coordinator
The Media Technology Coordinator conducts the day-to-day ad operations tasks for Fuor Digital’s client campaigns including search (paid and natural), analytics (online display, web performance and email measurement), optimizations, etc. The Media Technology Coordinator works within the client team on tasks designated by the Digital Media Campaign Manager (Campaign Manager) and the Media Technology Strategist (Strategist).   Knowledge/Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the design and development of digital marketing campaigns
  • Search Engine Marketing experience a plus
  • Google Adwords Certified Professional (or achieved within 2 months of hire)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and active listening
  • Ability to comprehensively translate very technical matters to non-technical professionals
  • Working knowledge of HTML (programming experience a plus)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent mathematical abilities
  • Demonstrate passion for measurement and analytics
  • Demonstrate ability to pay a high attention to detail
  
  Responsibilities
  • Handle the ad operations for Fuor Digital client accounts
  • Responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing and reporting on digital campaigns
  • Set-up and management of digital campaigns using third party technology
  • Work with both the Tech and Account teams to present the campaign metrics and performance to the client
  • Daily management of search engine marketing campaigns through engine interfaces and centralized bid management resources
  • Prepare and deliver optimization reports from centralized third-party management tools for search, email, mobile phone and online display media campaigns
  • Assist the Media Technology Strategist and Media Campaign Manager in various Fuor Digital projects
  • Assist the Campaign Manager in optimization of online display advertising through third-party ad server
  • Facilitate the setup of Web Analytics and tracking for digital media campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver Web Analytics reports
  • Assist the Campaign Manager in the trafficking of all third-party technology tags
  • Setup, test and conduct email marketing campaigns according to specifications delivered by Campaign Manager
  • Monitor and document campaign changes or anomalies within the Writeboard of Fuor Digital's project management tool
  • Understand Fuor Digital client billing and track technology expenses correlated to each campaign
  • Track billable client time in Fuor Digital’s time-tracking tool
