  Matthew N. Klein: Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Matt’s experience in business, computer information systems and Internet marketing has helped lead the strategies and executions of companies large and small. For over a decade, he has been engaged in applying Internet-related technologies to the marketing equation and managing the start-up and growth of service companies.

As a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) from 1995 to 1998 Matt was the lead software architect, engineer and/or developer of over 15 Web-based applications for brands such as Staples.com, The Finish Line, Solo Cup, Shopping.com, Programmer’s Paradise, NewYork City Kiosks and Boston’s Children’s Memorial Hospital. During this time Matt’s experience resulted in the contributing authorship of two definitive guides for early E-Commerce development on Microsoft platforms: “The Microsoft Merchant Server Book”, (Ventana Publishing, 1996); and “Special Edition Using Microsoft Site Server”, (Que, 1997).

In late 1998 Matt focused his entrepreneurial spirit and background in Web software development to become co-founder and CEO of Generator Corporation. Over the course of four years, Matt led this Chicago-based Web application developer towards international and national acclaim through the servicing of Fortune 1000 clients such as Brunswick, Verizon, U.S. Robotics, 3Com, InstallShield and Ameritech.

Through its acquisition of Generator Corporation assets in 2002, Matt became the VP of Digital Marketing for Magnani Continuum Marketing where he advised brands such as CNA Insurance, MacGregor Golf, Marriott, Libman, and Norwood Promotional products on digital marketing strategy and execution.

In partnership with Kelly, Scott & Madison, Matt founded Fuor Digital in 2005, an agency that specializes in digital media marketing. This company is focused on the successful alignment of search, interactive, email, and mobile media within the overall media mix.  

Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from DeVry Institute of Technology, Chicago,IL in 1997 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

  
  Rachel Jarvis: Chief Operations Officer
As a founding Board Member of CIMA (Chicago Interactive Marketing Association), Rachel served with the organization for almost five years; her last post with the organization was chairman of the board for both CIMA as well as the CIMA educational foundation, a foundation associated with the University of Chicago.

Professionally, Rachel pioneered the Interactive arm of media firm SpaceTime, Inc. from 1995-1998 and was at the cutting edge of the industry with innovative strategies such as cost-per-click models as well as geo-targeting and international online planning and buying. She was the decision maker for this division as well as the developer of all new business. Rachel moved into the online advertising sales space in early 1999 by joining Turner Interactive and representing the CNN.com, CNNfn.com and CNNSI.com properties. With the Time Warner/AOL merger pending Rachel decided to move on as the Director of Sponsorship for the #1 Women’s Site on the web, iVillage.com.

In September 2001 she joined Winstar Interactive Media, an interactive representation firm selling advertising for top brand sites like NASDAQ, Fodors, Readers Digest, and Zagat amongst others. Her posts included Regional Manager for the Midwest territory, Vice President of Sales and in April of 2005 she was named Senior Vice President of the company as well as the Director of National Sales.

Recently Rachel returned to the agency side of the business joining Fuor Digital as a Partner and the Executive Vice President. The agency specializes in Digital Media focusing on email, web, search and mobile phone marketing solutions. Fuor Digital is a subsidiary of Kelly Scott and Madison the largest privately owned media agency in Chicago.

Rachel graduated cum laude from Emerson College in Boston, MA in 1995 with a BA in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations.
  
  Michael Garibaldi: Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined Fuor Digital in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, in charge of maintaining the financial systems and corporate infrastructure enabling Fuor Digital’s staff to deliver their cutting edge solutions. Prior to joining Fuor Digital, Michael worked with Founder, President and CEO, Matt Klein and Partner and COO Rachel Jarvis in other endeavors.

Earlier in his career, Mike was a practicing CPA with Ernst & Young and American Express Business and Tax Services and a Risk Manager / Market Maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) where he worked for the legendary adventurer Steve Fossett. He was also Vice President and CFO of CPRI, a staffing company specializing in marketing professionals. CPRI was acquired by Aquent in 2005 in a $25 million acquisition that he negotiated on behalf of the investors of CPRI. More recently, Michael worked with Firefly Mobile, the world’s first mobile phone that was specifically designed for children.

Mike is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from the Owen Graduate school of Management at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee.
  
  Kelly Miller: Media Director
Kelly has enjoyed the majority of her career in the fast-tracked growth path at Kelly, Scott & Madison. She joined their training program in 1999 and has excelled throughout her tenure in both strategic planning, buying and management roles. Her experience extends across all media vehicles (television, radio, out-of-home, print, online & guerrilla marketing) throughout a number of categories; retail, consumer electronics, entertainment, healthcare, package goods, QSR and interactive.

Account highlights include: Cirque Du Soleil, American Red Cross, Garden Ridge, Citysearch, Chili’s, Jimmy John’s, Trinity Healthcare and The Libman Company.

Kelly joined Chicago Advertising Federation in 2001 and continues to take part in events, forums and activities. Soon thereafter, Kelly pioneered the use of integrated marketing campaigns at KSM. She recognized early on, how important the online component would be to the overall media mix and was the first to recommend and implement an online plan. Her enthusiasm for non-traditional advertising led to a creative movement with many KSM clients and ultimately grew an extension to KSM’s planning capabilities.

Kelly joined Fuor Digital, in August 2007 with an eagerness to bring her talents in offline planning and buying to the online world. Her excellence in account service and comprehension for the entire media landscape, will offer our clients immense synergies across their marketing campaigns.

  Joshua Dreller: Director of Media Technology
As Director of Media Technology and Analytics, Josh is entrusted with ensuring that Fuor Digital stays on the cutting edge of all online marketing technology. He is very passionate to not only make sure Fuor Digital is using all of the latest tools available, but to also oversee companywide core competence in these solutions is kept at the highest level in order to maximize the effect on our clients key goals. Some of these tools include Omniture SearchCenter and SiteCatalyst, Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Microsoft adCenter, Mediaplex’s Mojo Suite, Google Analytics, and Nielson’s @Plan.

Josh sits on the Standards Committee for the Web Analytics Association which is a collaborative effort between WAA members, vendors, agencies, practitioners and thought leaders to provide standard definitions and promote consistency of the most widely used terms across the analytics industry. He is also a Certified Google Analytics Professional, a Microsoft adExcellence member, and a Yahoo Search Ambassador which designates his expertise and commitment to their search marketing platforms. Josh's weekly SearchEngingeLand.com blog, "In The Trenches" is a report, review, and deep dive into the newest features and products of search marketing.

From 2006-2007, Joshua was the Project Manager for Dell’s search marketing campaigns while working for Omnicom. As the Project Manager, he was responsible for managing client deliverables, ensuring that each campaign met its goals, and, most importantly, leading the strategy for all campaign optimizations. Before his role at Omnicom, Joshua spent many years working on the web including as the E-commerce Marketing Manager for Salton, Inc.

Joshua graduated from Florida State University in 1997 with a B.F.A. in Motion Pictures, Television, and Recording Arts. He is also a member of MENSA.
  
  Katy Katz: Director of Business Development & Marketing
Katy Katz was most recently the Director of Client Services in the Midwest for TalentDrive, providing technology solutions to recruiters. She has been in the Human Capital industry for the past five years, and most recently was the Director of Sales for Aquent, the world's largest marketing and creative staffing firm. Katy joined CPRi, a national staff augmentation and outsourcing firm with a dedicated focus on marketing services, in 2003 as the Account Director in Chicago. CPRi was sold to Aquent in 2005.

Prior to joining CPRi, Katy had a successful career at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, a leading organization providing information services. During her seven years at D&B, Katy worked with Global clients to develop needs for information solutions primarily for credit, marketing and supply chain functions.

Katy holds an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and a BS from Miami University in Ohio

As is evident in its founding of a digital media specialist agency, Kelly, Scott & Madison is a pioneer in media marketing services. Founded in 1966, the company has over 40 years of managed growth in providing media marketing services to middle-market businesses.
