  Director of Business Development & Marketing
The Director of Business Development & Marketing reports to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for leading the acquisition of strategic engagements with advertisers. The primary goal of this individual is to grow Fuor’s client roster with companies that adhere to a qualifying profile. Externally, the individual is focused on elevating Fuor Digital’s profile in the marketplace through attendance of key client-related industry events, uncovering opportunities to proliferate Fuor Digital’s thought leadership and identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business. Internally, this role works with the VP of Marketing to execute Fuor Digtial’s Marketing & PR plan. The individual in this role finds new business presentation opportunities, takes the lead in directing the team’s efforts and manages the closing of those opportunities.
  
  Knowledge/Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, business or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing sales/business development role
  • Charismatic with the ability to make a good impression and build quick rapport
  • Ability to direct and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations
  • Ability to facilitate multiple team members with various skill disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to individuals and groups
  • At least 3 years experience in Internet-related profession
  
  Responsibilities

  • Grow top-line revenue through the identification and acquisition of profitable and cohesive accounts
  • Gain and maintain trust of clients
  • Prepare and present scope of work proposals and negotiate to final terms
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of key target industries (Travel & Hospitality, Finance, Healthcare, Consumer Goods)
  • Keep well informed of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Executive and Management team members at Fuor Digital for business development process and PR opportunities
  • Provide creative ideas and approaches to Fuor Digital’s solution-based selling process
  • Convey the professionalism, culture and demeanor of Fuor Digital as ambassador for first and lasting impressions
  • Continuous and diligent prospect list cultivation
  • Direct the efforts of the Business Development Coordinator
  • Extensive travel required
