  Knowledge/Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 - 2 years of experience in online media marketing planning and campaign management
  • Accreditation or the ability to attain accreditation in Web Analytics, Search engine marketing, online display advertising and/or email marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A strong interest in working within a diverse and technologically advanced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience with setup and management of keyword search engine campaigns a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables within overlapping timeframes
  • Strong organizational skills

  Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report digital media campaign performance history and results
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for campaign planning
  • Coordinate digital media specifications between creative teams and publishers
  • Manage the setup, configuration and management of third-party ad servers including search bid-management platforms, third-party online ad servers, email marketing campaign systems and mobile phone marketing platforms
  • Monitor and prepare reports for campaign performance
  • Assist the Senior Digital Media Manager with the planning, setup and management of campaign conversion monitoring and reporting
  • Attain certifications with premier platform providers and associations through training, education and acquisition of personal certifications
  • Work with the Senior Digital Media Manager to conduct ongoing campaign optimization
  • Consult with creative design teams in developing proper ad formats based on campaign requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaign creative deliverables
  • Prepare performance reports
  • Build automated report generation utilities within third-party ad-serving applications based on campaign and client requirements
