  Digital Media Director/Account Supervisor

  Knowledge/Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with 7 to 10 years of experience in media marketing
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the interactive marketing space including online display advertising, search engine marketing, and email marketing
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analysis background
  • At least 5 years experience managing others in the marketing function
  • Experience managing and growing client accounts with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead towards multiple deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate mastery with media research such as comScore's MediaMetrix, comScore's qSearch, Nielsen//Netrating's AdRelevance, and Nielsen//Netrating's @Plan)
  • A proficiency with the current issues and trends within the online marketing industry
  
  Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships at the most senior level
  • Acts as an external facing representative within the digital media marketing community to build rapport with publishers and online, mobile, email, search engine and advanced digital media associations
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all media, with expertise in digital media
  • Prepares and presents thought leadership for online publications and/or group presentations
  • Lead the strategic development of digital media plans aligning with the brand’s marketing goals and objectives
  • Deliver thought leadership in the area of digital media through consulting, strategic points of view and digital media training
  • Assist in the definition of the appropriate digital media mix and spend level within overall media to meet marketing goals and objectives
  • Maintain expertise in digital media trends and techniques
  • Lead the team in identifying most appropriate forms and means for campaign performance measurement
  • Lead the team in the overall online marketing plan development
  • Review and present digital media marketing plans to clients
  • Responsible for all phases of the digital media planning and stewardship process, including: Research, budget allocation and determination of digital media mix, negotiation, plan development and presentation, ad-unit guidelines, quality assurance and trafficking, measurement benchmarking, setup and reporting, and campaign optimization
  • Responsible for client satisfaction
  • Build relationships within the client organization and become a trusted advisor in the area of digital media
  • Proactive in the identification and presentation of digital media marketing ideas to assist in the achievement of the client's brand marketing and sales goals/objectives
  • Responsible for the profitability of each account under management
  • A recognized thought leader in the digital media marketing issues within client industries
